Cherished was a very good read. It is the story about Kelli a want to be song writer and Heather an adulteress. I found that both of the women’s pain where quite real. I found the fact that they both made mistakes and questioned that they can be loved by God unconditionally to be very real to today life. I love to read characters that are real. Kim Cash Tate wrote just that; a story of fiction that seemed so real, in that we humans make huge mistakes and then feels guilt that we keep even after we are forgiven by God. I have questioned how God can love me so much because I have not been able to love like he does so unconditional. I love to see the characters question and grow in their faith. I love how this book brings Mark 11:24 to the spotlight. I loved to see that both women had to learn to pray and believe that prayer to happen. This book is a Women of Faith and I say kudos to the Women of Faith because every book I have read marked with Women of Faith has not disappointed me and this book did the same. It is like a hug from God. I found this book to be so emotional in two ways with the characters and with the reader. It is so inspiring that I felt like a better person for reading this book. I have to be honest that this book did not grab me in the first two chapters but thank God I did not give up because I got so much from this book. This book is one that I wish it would not have ended. I give this book FIVE STARS. I rate my books on a one to five star scale, with one being the worst and five being the best. I would recommend this book. I truly feel you will grow in your faith as well as be entertained by the story. I did receive this book through Book Sneeze in exchange for my review. I have to say the opinions are mine own.
