Ghost hunting by Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson with Michael Jan Friedman is a book that was published a few years ago. In the book you read about how the paranormal team called TAPS got started. You may recognize this from the show Ghost Hunters on the Scifi Channel. Over the all this book is Okay. I was disappointed in it though. I wanted to know more about what was that moment when you first became aware of a haunting. I know they experienced things at least that is what I have read elsewhere but they never say just what and when and leave you no details. Whatever it was whenever it was they are big now. The other disappointing fact is that if you watch the TV show I feel it is not important to read the book as you have seen what they are writing about. There are some stories they talk about were prior to their show but not that much I recognized too many. I should have had not expectations then it would be better. The chapter where short and told by Jason. Grant at the end of each chapter makes a statement that is short and I felt unnecessary. He was basically repeating in a very short way what Jason had just explained in the chapter. I felt that he just was making the statement because he was part of the show. I like ghost stories so I will try another one of their books (they have several) just in case they get better. I got this at the library and I will get the others there to. I give this book two and a half star book rating.
