I find myself so excited to tell you about this book. It is called The Story of Beautiful Girl by Rachel Simon. I checked this out at my local library and boy am I glad. This book had me hooked in the first chapter. I had such a rollercoaster of emotions as I read this book. I had sadness, hope, love anger and excitement. Wow oh wow did I like this book. You will meet Lynnie as a child in the sixties. You will find her life is one that is difficult but so worthwhile. I could not help but want to cheer for her. It is her love story and it is one that you will not soon forget. I urge you to go out and get this book. Don’t walk but run to get it. Make sure you have time to read when you open the book because you will not want to close it until you are at the end. I seriously hope that this book makes it to the big screen. It would be a pity if it did not. I give this book five stars. I rate the books I read on a one to five stars scale. You will find the one star is the worst and five stars it the best. Get this book you won’t be sorry.
